FORMSELECTION PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based design consultancy founded in 2022.
We specialise in luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects, bringing design expertise in hotels, resorts, spas, and private residences.
Our services include Master Planning, Building Design, and Interior Design, supporting clients across all project phases — from concept to detailed design documentation.
We also offer predesigned concept packages for tropical residences and resort villas. Available directly through our website, these ready-to-use packages provide a time-saving and cost-effective solution for developers and property owners to initiate projects with ease.

Founder and Design Director
Nino Osljanac
Based in Singapore, Nino specialises in the design of luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects. He brings over 18 years of professional experience in master planning, architecture, and interior design, including 15 years working across Asia.
His portfolio includes several award-winning hospitality projects across the Asia-Pacific region, such as The RuMa Hotel and Residences in Kuala Lumpur, repeatedly recognised as one of Asia's best-designed hotels, as well as Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu, and Raffles Maldives Meradhoo, to name a few.
Before founding FORMSELECTION in 2022, Nino held lead design roles in renowned boutique hospitality design firms. Throughout his career, he lived and worked in Bali, Shanghai, Moscow, and Barcelona.
Nino holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and is an accredited Interior Designer Class 1 (ID1) by the Singapore Interior Design Accreditation Council. He is also a Professional Member of the Society of Interior Designers Singapore (SIDS).
